She is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Related Companies, where she leads the marketing team responsible for a diverse range of projects across the United States, including efforts in prominent cities such as New York, Chicago, Miami, Detroit, and Austin.
Emma has led the Future of Work positioning for Related Companies, focused on creating lifestyle office districts crafted to enhance employee experience. By understanding the evolving dynamics of the modern workplace, she has developed strategic initiatives that effectively position Related as a leader in this domain. Emma has played a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives at Hudson Yards in New York City. Her goal is to create an exceptionally engaging environment for all Hudson Yards employees, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
Prior to joining Related Companies, Emma was at Landsec, the UK’s largest real estate company – here she lead marketing initiatives for many commercial, retail, residential and mixed use projects across London and the UK. Emma attended Sheffield University where she studied Law.
