Senior Vice President Related Southeast

Jordan Rathlev is a Senior Vice President at Related Southeast. Jordan leads the acquisition and development of office and mixed-use projects in West Palm, including financial analysis, deal structuring, public/private partnerships, financing, and project and asset management. Prior to joining Related in 2014 he was a Real Estate Manager at OTO Development, one of the largest hotel development firms in the country, where he was responsible for all aspects of market analysis, project underwriting site acquisition and due diligence and entitlement management. While at OTO, Jordan was responsible for projects in key markets including Chicago and Boston. Prior to joining OTO, Jordan spent 5 years at Wells Fargo Securities in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group.

Jordan holds a Masters degree in Real Estate Development and Corporate Finance from UNC’s Kenan Flagler School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
